Swim Lesson Registration

Miss Meg’s Swim Lessons uses a class registration system that makes it simple to secure your swimmer’s spot for the season. Whether you’re looking to build safety skills, strengthen strokes, or enjoy consistent instruction with a set schedule, our sessions provide structure and progress without the hassle of week-to-week booking.

Choose the class day and time that works best for your swimmer’s level, and that spot is yours for the full session—no need to rebook each week.

🍂 Fall 2025 Swim Sessions

Fall 2025 runs as a 6-week session. Registration is by specific class day/time for your swimmer’s level. All classes are 30 minutes.

💧 Group Lessons – $245 per swimmer for 6 lessons (4 swimmers per class)

💧 Private Lessons – $99 per 30-minute lesson

How Registration Works

1️⃣ Log in to Captyn – You’ll see your dashboard and calendar.

2️⃣ Pick your swimmer’s level & class time – Choose a specific class day/time for the session.

3️⃣ Complete registration – Your swimmer is added to that class roster for all 6 lessons (or for the December mini-session you choose).

Spots are limited and filled first-come, first-served.

Note for existing families:* If you already have a punch card from a prior term, it will still work exactly the same way until all your punches are used.*

Make-Up Lessons

Each swimmer is allowed one make-up class per session. To arrange a make-up, parents simply complete our Make-Up Request Form. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a Single-Lesson Make-Up Card that can be used to check in to any class of the same level during the current session or within two months of your missed date, using our standard check-in system.

If you know about an absence early in the session, letting us know right away means we can give you the card ahead of time. This allows your swimmer to attend an extra class during the week before the absence, rather than arranging it afterwards.

How to Check In with a Make-Up Card

1️⃣ Log into Your Captyn Account – At the top of your home page, you’ll see a greeting (“Hey, [Your Name]!”). Below that, you’ll find the calendar.

2️⃣ Select a Lesson Date – Click on any date to view available classes for your swimmer. Choose a class of the same level as your regular lesson. The system will show how many check-ins are available (e.g., “Check In – 2 Times Available”).

3️⃣ Choose a Class & Check In – Select the class, tap “Check In,” choose your swimmer (if you have multiple), and confirm.

Your make-up card will remain active until it has been used or until the expiration date listed on the card.
