Parent-Child Lessons

Build water confidence and connection from the very first splash

Our Parent-Child swim lessons are designed for infants and toddlers ages 4 months to 2.5 years, offering a gentle and joyful introduction to the water. With a parent or caregiver in the pool, each child explores movement, safety, and comfort through songs, games, and guided support in a warm, nurturing environment. These classes focus on early swim readiness while strengthening the bond between adult and child.

Key Focus Areas:
✅ Water Comfort & Trust – Building positive associations with water through routine and repetition.
✅ Caregiver Support in the Water – Helping adults learn how to safely support and guide their child.
✅ Gentle Submersion & Breath Control – Introducing face-in-the-water skills through songs and play.
✅ Floating & Buoyancy – Practicing supported front and back floats to promote body awareness.
✅ Kicking & Reach-and-Pull Movements – Exploring simple motor skills that lead to swimming.
✅ Safe Entries & Exits – Learning how to safely enter and exit the pool together.
✅ Early Self-Rescue Skills – Introducing rolling to back and returning to caregiver or wall.
