30-Minute Lessons: Each lesson is 30 minutes long, providing focused and effective instruction.
Monthly Use Policy – Lessons do not roll over, so be sure to schedule and use all sessions within the month.

How Our Membership Pass Works

Purchasing a Monthly Membership Pass gives you the flexibility to schedule swim lessons at your convenience. Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Log into Your Captyn Account – At the top of your home page, you’ll see a greeting (“Hey, [Your Name]!”). Below that, you’ll find the calendar.

2️⃣ Select a Lesson Date – Click on any date to view available classes for your swimmer. The system will display how many check-ins are available that day (e.g., "Check In - 2 Times Available").

3️⃣ Choose a Class & Check In – Select the appropriate level class for your swimmer. Tap "Check In", choose the swimmer (if you have multiple), and confirm.

4️⃣ You're All Set! – Your swimmer is now added to the class roster, and your remaining check-ins for the month will update automatically.
